Definitions

Unless otherwise set out below, the definitions used in the Terms & Conditions are incorporated by reference in this policy.

"Customer" means an individual, legal person (corporate, partnership or otherwise), group of people to whom GetGround supplies products and services to, either on an ongoing or “once only” basis.

"GetGround" means Terranova.Network Limited (Company Number: 11273793), trading as GetGround. 

"Terms & Conditions" means the Platform Terms & Conditions and as amended from time to time. 

Company Formation

Is my GetGround Company Set-up Fee refundable?

If a company design has been completed and the formation application has been submitted to Companies House, the GetGround Company Set-up Fee is non-refundable in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. Please note that an application may be submitted to Companies House anytime once company design on the Platform is complete.

If (i) the formation application has not been submitted to Companies House, and (ii) the refund request is submitted within 30 days of the payment of the GetGround Company Set-up Fee, GetGround will provide a refund of the GetGround Company Set-up Fee on request. 

If company formation has been completed but a Customer no longer requires the Company, after the Customer provides notice to GetGround, GetGround will assist with striking off the Company with no extra charges for the Customer. For more information please refer to our customer resources here.

Can I cancel my monthly subscription?

Yes. A Customer can cancel a subscription and terminate their contract with GetGround at any time in accordance with the applicable terms by providing one months’ notice. More information about this is available here.

What happens if I do not pay my subscription?

If a Customer does not pay the monthly subscription, GetGround will contact them to let them know the payments are overdue. If there are more than two months of overdue payments GetGround reserves the right to cease acting as company secretary for the Company or to prepare annual accounts.  If payment remains overdue, GetGround may take steps to remove the Company from the Platform in accordance with the Product Terms.
