£1bn in property on our platform – and counting
This week, we celebrated a special milestone at GetGround: £1bn in property on our Property Investment Platform!
That’s a lot of zeroes – nine, to be precise. And every one of those zeroes has been hard-earned by the wonderful team at GetGround. Any CEO knows that, for every milestone like this, there are hundreds of difficult days. Hundreds of tough decisions. And hundreds of lessons to learn. I couldn’t ask for a better team to join me along the way.
Breaking down the £1bn
Let’s take a look at that magic number in detail.
That £1bn value is spread across 15,000+ property investors, all of whom trust GetGround to simplify their property investment experience. Whether they’re looking for their next investment, or setting up a limited company, we’re proud to support a diverse (and growing) number of investors.
Those investors have so far set up over 5,000 limited companies on our Property Investment Platform – showcasing the increasing value of the limited company structure. And they’re based in over 70 countries, which only confirms UK property’s continuing international appeal.
£1bn down, trillions to go
Any idea how much global property is worth? According to Savills, it’s $326tn. While we’re proud of our milestone, this massive number just shows how far we’ve got to go at GetGround.
We’re on a mission to fundamentally change how the world’s property gets bought and sold. That means more transparency. More accessibility. And a bigger opportunity for every investor. While it’s still early days, we’re on our way. Here’s to that next milestone.
If you’re interested in simpler property investment or perhaps want to partner with GetGround, just give us a call and let us know! Find a time that suits you here.
