Partnering for a simpler, smoother experience
Following the news that almost 80% of property investors dread the buy-to-let purchase process, we’ve partnered with Leaders Romans Group (LRG) – one of the UK’s largest property services and lettings businesses. Together, and from today, we’ll speed up that slow, sluggish experience for thousands of UK investors, and open the door to higher yields without the hassle.
How it’ll work
LRG customers can now design their limited companies in just half an hour using our buy-to-let platform. They’ll also get one-to-one consultations with one of GetGround’s experts, where they can explore the benefits of limited company structures, and get answers to all their questions.
If they decide a limited company is the right route for them and their goals, we’ll handle the day-to-day management of that company for just £19 per month. That includes accounts filing, tax returns, and purpose-built legal documents.
And then, secure in the knowledge that their company’s in safe hands, they’ll be able to access the full suite of LRG’s property services – from finding quality tenants, to property management and financial services. All part of the partnership.
Deep integration
To ensure the partnership runs smoothly from day one, we’ll also be integrating our platform with LRG’s own system, for totally smooth data transfer and documents exchange. All so investors can get their processes moving faster, and start earning rent in record time.
Chris Frame, GetGround’s Senior Director of Partnerships, said “We’re delighted to welcome LRG to the GetGround partner network: a marketplace of essential services and products that not only makes sense to landlords and investors, but helps our industry partners build valuable, long-term relationships with their customers. We look forward to supporting LRG in delivering a best in class customer experience. With more market-leading operators like LRG coming on board, we're excited to see a sea-change in the way limited company investing is being adopted and promoted industry-wide.”
And Michael Cook, Group Managing Director at LRG, added: “At LRG we strive to delight our customers every step of the way through their property purchase or investment journey. For investors, we know that creating a buy-to-let company is becoming an increasingly important requirement, but they are often put off by the seemingly laborious process they must go through to do it. GetGround’s fast digital platform offers a perfectly integrated way of creating and managing a property company, streamlining and automating admin and reporting effortlessly. Integrating this with LRG’s Property Management Platform to create Smart Investment is a unique proposition and will allow investors to improve the performance of their investment whilst saving time.”
