      Business Accounts

      Learn more about the Business Accounts associated with your GetGround company.

       

      If you incorporate your company through GetGround, we will automatically open a business account for you. If you are have incorporated your company elsewhere and are bringing it onto the GetGround platform, you can make a request to set up a Business Account through us.

      Account Opening

      If you have requested a Business Account for your company, we will open this automatically once you have signed all the relevant company documents and provided any further information to comply with our AML obligations (if necessary). The account will usually be opened within 2-3 business days and you'll receive an email from us as soon as your account is open. 

      Access to your Account

      Your company, which is owned by you and other shareholders, has full control over your Business Account. GetGround will not complete any transactions on your behalf. 

      That being said, GetGround does have regulatory obligations to monitor account activity for AML (anti-money laundering) and security purposes. We may sometimes request information from you about activity in your account. 

      Business Account Provider

      All  Business Accounts through the GetGround platform are provided by Modulr Payments.

      Finding your Account Details

      You can locate your business account details (sort code, account number etc) by taking the following steps:

      1. Login to your GetGround dashboard
      2. Select 'My Investments' on the menu
      3. Head over to the 'Business Account' section
      4. Select 'View account details'

      Using a mobile? 

      If you are using a mobile device to view your account details please navigate to the 'Screenshot 2024-02-06 at 16.22.45' icon. 

      This will open a menu with all of your account details such as your account number, sort code, institution name and address etc.
