What happens if I don't switch my account over by 14 March 2025?
If you have not provided your documents/signed your Terms and Conditions by the 14 March 2025, then you may lose access to your business account altogether.
If this is the case, you will then need to apply for return of funds - which will need to manually be processed by PFS's Card Funding/Reconciliation team.
You will need to request this by emailing PFSLenquiries@emlpayments.com. Please be advised, you will also need to provide proof of identity in order to make this request.
Please note, all redemption requests are subject to a £4 fee. For any international requests this will incur a £20 fee.
