What are we doing to protect you from fraud?
When you enter account details (e.g name, sort code, and account number) for a person or business you want to pay, we will check if the name provided matches the account details provided through Confirmation of Payee.
If the name doesn’t match, our system will notify you and give you a chance to double-check the details before sending the money.
Accessing your account requires 2FA, adding an extra layer of protection to ensure only authorised users can interact with your financial information.
We have a number of other compliance processes in place that monitor any unusual activity happening with your GetGround dashboard or account. If we detect anything suspicious, we’ll notify you immediately and provide guidance on the next steps.
