We require evidence of the source of funds being used to fund your property purchase(s).
This is different to proof of funds. We don't just need to see that you have the required funds to purchase the property, but also where these funds originated from. We need to understand both where and how you got the money you will be using for the purchase.
Below is a list of exemplary documents we require depending on the source of your funds. We require documentation for each of the sources you mentioned on your declaration form.
