Requesting a change 

We can assist with a change to the share structure of your company.

Transferring shares is different depending on whether you have completed the purchase of your property or not. More information on the share transfer process and pricing can be provided upon request.

If your property has not completed yet, you can request a share transfer easily through your GetGround dashboard. To do this, you'll need to:

1. Go to the ‘Portfolio’ page
2. Scroll down and select ‘Companies’ and then choose the desired company 
3. Scroll down to the ‘Shareholders’ section where you’ll be able to select ‘Request change’

When you click on the button, you’ll see a list of questions requesting additional information about your share transfer. Fill out this information and review it so that you can begin the change request process. Once submitted, we will action your request and confirm once it’s complete.

Updating directorship

You may wish to appoint a new director within your company or an existing director may be resigning. To request either of these changes, please follow the steps above and select ‘I am adding or removing directors. Only existing directors can make requests to update directorship within the company structure. Please note, that in order to appoint a new director, the individual must also be a shareholder of your company. Additionally, your company is required to have a minimum of one director.
