My property purchase address is not yet confirmed. Do I need to sign company documents?

Your company set up is not complete until all documents have been signed, including the Exchange Minutes and the Owner's Loan. 

As the Exchange Minutes and Owner's Loan directly relate to your company incorporation, it is essential that you sign them regardless of whether you have confirmed your property details. 

We can update your documents at a later date to reflect any required changes once you have confirmed which property you will purchase. To start this process, get in touch with us via email and let us know your new property address, purchase price, and estimated completion date. Once we have this updated information, we will amend those documents accordingly.
