How often can I issue interim dividends?
You can issue interim dividends as often as you like and there is no limit to the number of dividends a company can pay throughout the year provided your company has sufficient distributable profits to do so. Due to the paperwork required it might be preferable to pay dividends annually at the end of each tax year for easier record keeping. However, there is nothing to prevent you from paying interim dividends more frequently, it’s entirely up to you.
