      Funding your Financial Account

      Finding your account details

      You can locate your Financial Account details by following the steps below:

      1. Login to your GetGround dashboard
      2. Select 'Portfolio' on the menu bar
      3. You can choose the relevant 'Financial Account' by clicking 'View'
      4. Select 'Account details'
      5. You should now be able to view your account details

      Funding your account by UK bank transfer


      You can make a payment to your account via UK bank transfer, you will need to simply use your Financial Account details when making a payment from your UK account.

       

      1. From the 'Portfolio' page, select 'Add money' on your chosen account

      2. You will be presented with your UK account details.  


      How long it will take for the funds to arrive in your account

      The time that it will take to receive funds in your Financial Account will depend on the type of payment that you make into your account.

       

      Payments made via the UK’s Faster Payment Network (FPS) will usually show up in your account almost instantly. However, there are some instances where it might take up to two hours.
