25 Feb – GetGround User Research Terms and Conditions
These terms & conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the user research initiative run by GetGround for the participation by you in an online survey (the “Survey”) and to a 20 minute product research call with a member of our Product, Growth or Design team (the “Research Call”).
Please read these T&Cs, carefully including the eligibility criteria. You must fully meet all the relevant requirements to receive the Prizes (as defined below).
The Survey and the Research Call are operated and run by Terranova.Network Limited, trading as GetGround, a company registered under the laws of England & Wales with company registration number 11273793 (also referred to in these T&Cs as “GetGround”, “we”, “us” and “our”).
The prize in respect of the Survey entitles the first 30 people that complete the Survey to a £10 Amazon voucher each (the “Survey Prize”) and the prize in respect of the Research Call entitles the participant to one £20 Amazon voucher (the “Research Call Prize”) (together the “Prizes”).
You will be entitled to the Survey Prize if you are one of the first 30 people to complete the Survey to our satisfaction.
The Survey will run from 25 February 2025 to 03 March 2025 inclusive (the “Survey Period”).
You will not be eligible for the Survey Prize if the Survey is completed outside of the Survey Period.
Subject to clause 9, the Survey Prize will be delivered to the eligible entrant by email on or around the end of the calendar month in which the Survey Period ends, using the email address provided during the Survey.
We will make all reasonable efforts to contact any eligible winner of the Survey Prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available within 30 days of first being contacted by us, we reserve the right to offer the Survey Prize to the next eligible Survey entrant.
You will be entitled to the Research Call Prize if you complete the Survey and the Research Call to our satisfaction.
The Research Call Prize will be delivered by email on or around the end of the calendar month immediately after the month in which the Survey Period ends.
We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the Research Call Prize. If we cannot contact you within 30 days of the Research Call, your entitlement to the Research Call Prize will lapse.
The Survey and the Research Call are not open to:
any person under the age of 18;
any employees of GetGround or its holding or subsidiary companies; or
any members of the immediate families or households of (b).
GetGround will not accept entries to the Survey that are:
automatically generated by a computer;
completed by third parties or in bulk;
illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
photocopies and not originals; or
incomplete.
In entering and completing the Survey and participating in the Research Call, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prizes. We may require you to provide proof of your eligibility.
GetGround will not accept responsibility for entries to the Survey that are incomplete, lost or undelivered, including for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
There is a limit of one entry per person in respect of the Survey and the Research Call. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
We reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Survey and/or the Research Call.
By completing the Survey and participating in the Research Call you confirm that all of the information that you have provided or will provide to GetGround is true and accurate, to the best of your knowledge.
The Prizes are not negotiable, refundable or transferable and there is no cash alternative.
Events beyond the control of GetGround may also occur that render the awarding of the Prize impossible. GetGround will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control.
We do not accept any responsibility if you are unable to receive the Prizes.
Insofar as is permitted by law, GetGround, its affiliates, agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss or damage occurring in connection with these T&Cs. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We may use your name and the personal information which you provide to us in entering the Survey to contact you for the purposes described in these T&Cs and also in respect of any of our products or services which we think may interest you. We will process and store your information in accordance with our privacy policy which can be found at the following link (https://www.getground.co.uk/privacy-policy).
GetGround, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to (i) exclude you from participating in the Survey and/or Research Call, and (ii) withhold the Prizes, if:
the Prizes were earned fraudulently;
there is a breach or suspected breach by you of these T&Cs or any other terms and conditions; or
there is a breach or suspected breach by you of applicable laws or regulations.
GetGround reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel or amend the Survey, the Research Call and/or the Prizes where it becomes necessary to do so.
GetGround reserves the right to update these T&Cs from time to time and we will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes.
If you have any questions about these T&Cs, please contact GetGround by email at gethelp@getground.co.uk.
No term of these T&Cs will be enforceable by virtue of the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any person that is not a party to it.
If any provision of these T&Cs is prohibited by law or judged by a court to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the provision shall, to the extent required, be severed from these T&Cs and rendered ineffective as far as possible without modifying the remaining provisions of these T&Cs and shall not in any way affect any other circumstances of or the validity or enforcement of these T&Cs.
These T&Cs shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
