Adding Interest to Company Loans

All GetGround companies are structured with an Owner's Loan that does not include interest. However, we are able to draft an alternative loan agreement in the event that you would like to request this service. The fee to draft this loan agreement is £200 plus VAT. 

To ensure that we are also able to submit the necessary forms to account for this for your annual account filing, there is an additional £200 plus VAT annual fee.

These fees also apply in the event that you would like to add interest to an Intercompany Loan.
